The price displayed on the Website (the “Price”) for products (the “Products”) is the price applicable at the time you place your order.
We reserve the right to adjust Prices to reflect supplier increases, tax or duty changes, or errors/omissions in pricing displayed on the Website.
We aim to deliver Products within 5 working days within the island of Ireland, where practical.
Products are subject to availability, and delays may occur that are outside our control. Delivery dates are approximate.
If delivery is delayed by more than 21 days, you may contact us and reject the Products. In such cases, we will refund the Product and any delivery charges paid. We are not liable for additional losses, costs, or damages arising from delivery delays.
A valid signature will be required upon delivery, after which responsibility for the Products transfers to you.
For orders shipped outside the Republic of Ireland, import duties/taxes may apply.
These charges (if applicable) must be paid by the customer upon delivery. Allied Imports Ltd cannot accept responsibility for these external costs.
Unwanted, unsuitable, or faulty Products may be returned to Allied Imports Ltd. We aim to make this process as straightforward as possible.
When purchasing online, you have a statutory right to return a Product (excluding perishable, customised, or personalised items) within 7 days of delivery.
Orders may be amended or cancelled up until the point of dispatch.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will offer an exchange or refund (minus shipping charges) for any item returned in its original condition, with original packaging and delivery receipt, within 7 days.
Please allow up to 48 hours for processing.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method and subject to review by our Customer Care Team.
Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
Faulty Products may be returned within 30 working days of receipt for a replacement or refund.
Before returning a faulty item, please contact us to obtain a Product Return Code. Use a reliable courier and include the return code with the package.
This policy complies with the European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC). Your statutory rights are not affected.
